After selling their company, our clients went on the search for a new project during a well-earned year off. Looking in the Tavistock area, they discovered a two storey garage with great potential.
Using Graeme Barclay, a well-known local architect, our clients re-designed the building to provide an upside down living space, with lounge and kitchen diner to the upper level, and bedrooms and washrooms to the ground floor. Thanks to Graeme’s experience and attention to detail, the project did not encounter any delays or unexpected costs. The clients specified an ‘In-Toto’ kitchen and ‘Porcelenosa’ sanitary ware alongside our Fenestration products.
Green Circle were commissioned to supply and install bi-folding doors and several windows, all with glazing transoms in a 1920/30’s ‘Crittall’ style. A retro look very much in vogue today.
Our products helped to give a light and spacious feel to the property, with bi-folding doors allowing the client to open their living area to an external terrace and a great view of the ‘Our Lady of the Assumption’ Catholic Church.
“Green Circle were incredibly easy to work with and there were no issues during the installation of the new doors and windows. I must admit, the folding doors and windows are my favourite element of the property – and I’m not just saying that!”
